We had a great weekend at this brand-new hotel.

Everything here was good, and the weather was pleasant, loved it.

Beautiful hotel with central location and bright rooms. Plentiful breakfast, we liked cereals, toast, eggs, muffins and fruit.

The hotel is clean, very elegant and has beautiful location in an awesome location making downtown very accessible.

Clean hotel with courteous staff and delicious breakfasts. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

Everything was perfect, including attentive staff and stunning location close to everything. The continental breakfast was hot, included great dishes.

It was worth its 3 stars. We loved staff and location, every detail required. The lunch in Orrman's Cheese Shop walking distance to the hotel had every choice imaginable.

The place was walking distance from Charlotte city center.

A perfect location, we will be back. The hotel is stunningly beautiful, fairly clean with great prices. The rooms offered are updated and bright with a super comfortable bed and TV, as example.

I had a wonderful experience here, everything was great, the location was perfect near to shops, pubs and restaurants and the downtown center of Charlotte. The staff there were polite and courteous.

By and large, it was great place for sightseeing in Charlotte, had much fun. The hotel was located just off epicentre, the downtown center.

It's fabulous place to stay 2 miles away from The Light Factory Art Center.

Beautiful hotel with an unbeatable location and welcoming staff. The room was new-fashioned with exceptionally comfortable beds.

I loved that it was clean and trendy, the staff were helpful and rooms were updated. Plenty of food at the breakfast, including cereal, eggs, toast, fruit and muffins. The location was prime, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a truist field.

Very inviting hotel, marvelous location and thoughtful service. The room of the property was well soundproofed and very specious. Breakfast was super, I loved cereals, breads, muffins, fruit and eggs they served.

Room was breathtaking and good standard, the place itself was sparkling.

Just right & spotless hotel, it was in a really handy location, has kind staff. I booked a room with a large bed, blinds and electric outlets. Location so close to Charlotte and the Spectrum Center and epicentre. Early check-in & personalized service. There were fine internet and overnight parking available.

It is an enjoyable base for party. Downtown Charlotte district definitely deserves exploring...

Everywhere was fairly clean, staff were sweet, fine bed. Immaculate rooms combined with wonderful facilities. The hotel had a plunge pool too. I loved the venue.

We liked the comforts of this town hotel. The room we stayed in was accommodating. Onsite rooftop restaurant was cozy with flawless staff. Incredible base for one night, recommended.

Simple location; very quick check-in. We loved cheerful staff. The room was absolutely fantastic and had terrace, free tea and blinds as pictured in advertising. We had breakfast, it was outstanding and outstanding.

Nice bedroom, very classy location, worth every penny views. There was a lively bar with outstanding service.

Quite dirty area.

I had exceptional days staying at this typical European hotel. Particularly pleasant staff and everything immaculate. The location was the best, just a short walk away from a 5.4 - acre public park. Beautiful garden and lovely pool. Besides, parking was onsite, that's important for me.

The room had depressing views.

Our stay was a wonderful experience. Efficient staff, fairly clean bathroom, perfect bed. Booked a room with spectacular views. Lots of food, which was good to satisfy everyone🙂❤

Very lovely rooms with perfect bed, not bad location. Fairly clean and WONDERFULL hotel in Downtown Charlotte district. Furthermore, we were close to so many wonderful restaurants. Breakfast had a great selection of options, cereals, toast, eggs, muffins and sausages. Exceptional service provided by super friendly staff made our stay so great!

We loved that GREAT hotel. We stayed in a king studio with flat-screen television, a writing table and a couch bed. The breakfast is free with good choice of things to eat and drink.

The street, it was noisy.

Very clean rooms, helpful staff, great location. As picky eaters we truly enjoyed to be close to good choice of restaurants, went to Local Loaf couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away. Moreover, bonus was free Wi-Fi...
